I'd like to hear from others about how they keep clean without removing a device. I use a pointed rubber bulb syringe from the drugstore. 2 methods: 2-4 tbsp. white vinegar in 1 quart of tap water in a mason jar.1) Sit on the toilet and squirt in from various angles, 6-8 times. 2) Sit in warm bathtub and squirt away with just water-- no soap (soap residue may cause irritation). Usually every other day is sufficient unless a lot of sweating from exercise etc.

sounds like you have things under control already, your method sounds just fine to me.
I don't speak from experience since I'm not locked up yet, but I think rubbing alcohol might be your best cleaning solution.
Rubbing Alcohol should be great for cleaning and sanitizing everything down there, it is even suggested for relief of bruises, sprains and muscle aches.
This is the method that I would use myself.

A dermatologist once told me that the very best thing for human skin is plain tap water. You really don't need a lot of "antibacterials" and soap containing substances to get skin clean--just remove the debris and surface dirt by flushing with water and the skin will take care of itself.It's supposed to have its own bacterial flora that serves to protect it from invasion by pathogens.

I undertsand what the dermatologist said, but I and my wife/keyholder have been enjoying the spice that male chastity brings to our relationship for over 15 years now and I use a dilute solution of a mouthwash that contains alcohol. I have a small squirt bottle that I got as part of the hygiene kit from keptforher.com. I rinse the end of my tube with just a little of the solution after each urination.
